- Maximum field size is 72. In the event of the event being over-subscribed, a ballot will take place based on handicap index.
- Entrance fee is £55 per person, which includes a buffet lunch & prizes. £35 for G&S Members
- BB&O will present a prize to the leading player from BB&O.
- The Committee of Goring and Streatley Golf Club will rule on any disputes, and their decision shall be final
- Non refunds will be made after closing date
- Please inform the office of any special dietary requirements
